ADEBUKUNOLA ADEOTI BANJOKO, JCA (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGEMENT): This Appeal is against the Judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja delivered on the 28th day of February 2022, which con be seen dt Pages 190 to 203 of the Record of Appeal filed before this Court on the 22nd day of March 2022.

Dissatisfied with the Judgment, the Appellant filed two Notices of Appeal but relied on the latter Notice of Appeal filed on the 16th day of March 2022, which is contained ot Pages 207 to 211 of the Record of Appeal.

The Notice of Appeal is predicted on Six Grounds of Appeal ds follows: -

GROUND ONE:

The Trial Court erred in Law when if failed to make a pronouncement on the issue of the Respondent's failure to file Additional Witness Statement on Oath in support of his Reply filed on the 12th day of July, 2021.
