JUDGMENT 

The Plaintiffs sued out a writ of summons and statement of claim the Defendants on 9th May  2013 for the reliefs of: 

1. A declaration that the disposition in section 11(e) and (f) and 13 of the will of Ransford  Atiako dated 19th October 2006 contradicts the Companies Code and is not effective  and therefore the 1st Defendant cannot control the Herbal Clinic or run Alafia Bitters  herbal Institute and Clinic since the directors of the company did not appoint her to  run or control the company. 

2. An order of injunction restraining the 1st Defendant from running, controlling  managing or manufacturing any drug of the Alafia Bitters Herbal Institute and Clinic  Limited until she is appointed an executive director. 

3. An order directed at the 1st Defendant to render account on the sales of raw materials  and finished products of Alafia Bitters herbal Institute and Clinic when she  purportedly controlled, managed and run the company.
