(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the ruling of the Court of Appeal, Port Harcourt Division, which had on the 6th day of December, 2000 granted the respondent&#x27;s/application to set aside the appointment of the 3rd appellant as substantive Provost of Alvan Ikoku College of Education, Owerri.
