(Delivering the Lead Judgment): The present appeal is against the judgment of Appeal of Kaduna Judicial Division, delivered on December 11, 2018 in appeal No. CM/K/334/C/20J7, By the judgment in question, the Court below, coram Oredola, Bdliya, and Abundaga, JJCA, dismissed the Appellant's appeal and affirmed the conviction and sentence passed upon the Appellant for concealment of birth and conspiracy, contrary to Sections 239 and 97 of the Penal Code, Laws of Jigawa State, 2012, as amended.
