JIMI OLUKAYODE BADA, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Judgment of Oyo State High Court sitting at Ibadan Judicial Division in Suit No.: I/27/06 Between: HONOURABLE EMIOLA MUSIBAU, (2) HONOURABLE ADEKUNLE SULEIMAN, (3) HONOURABLE OLUSOJI AKINDELE, (4) HONOURABLE OLUSEYI J.
