(Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is an Application filed by way of a Motion on Notice on 8/5/2015 by the Interested Parties/Applicants seeking to be joined as 2nd and 3rd Respondents to the Appeal and brought pursuant to Section 36(1) of the Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), Order 4 Rule 1, Order 6 Rule 8, 12 and 14. Order 7 Rule 1 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2011 and Section 15 of the Court of Appeal Act 2004 praying this Court for the four reliefs, the principal of which is the first relief for:

1. An order of the Court granting leave to the Applicants/Parties interested to be joined as the 2nd and 3rd Respondents in the interlocutory appeal, being persons to be directly affected by the outcome of this appeal to wit; the owners of the subject matter which constitutes the basis of the Appeal by the 1st and 2nd Appellants from the Ruling of Hon.
