J U D G M E N T

1. FACTS

On 03-02-2020, this application, which is an originating application for enforcement of Fundamental Human Rights, was filed.

Article 33 of the 1992 Constitution, and Orders 55 and 67 of the High Court, Civil procedure, Rule C.I. 47/04, have also been cited.

The Relief, Applicants are seeking is the, release of an amount of GH¢467.000.00 which belongs to them, by the Respondents to them

2. The reasons in support are these:

a. The 1st Applicant describes himself as Managing Director Wise Mining Limited. And 2nd Applicant, described himself as managing director of Helvent Investment limited.

b. The deposition is to the effect that on 11th December, 20182nd Applicant released GH¢467,000.00 to 1st Applicant, for purpose of purchase of gold. And that transactions, related to the money, were done through the bank. And on 11-12-2018, while on the premises of F.A and CO., armed men, who had identified themselves as coming from 1st Respondent office, raided…
