Judgement

MOHAMMED BABA IDRIS, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellant herein appealed against the decision of the Federal High Court, Kebbi Division delivered by Honorable Justice S. B. Onu in in Suit No. FHC/KB/CS/17/2018 delivered on the 7th day of December, 2018 wherein the learned trial judge dismissed the application of the Appellant for enforcement of his fundamental right to personal liberty, respect to personal dignity and recognition of his legal status.

This case was filed by way of Motion on Notice by the Appellant against the 1st – 2nd Respondents for the enforcement of his fundamental rights. The motion was supported by an affidavit with one Exhibit “B” and a written address. In the motion the Appellant sought for the following reliefs:
