JUDGMENT

At their arraignment at the Circuit Court, Juaso-Ashanti the Appellants were charged with three counts of offences involving conspiracy to steal and stealing:

COUNT ONE

Statement of Offence

Conspiracy to commit crime namely Stealing; contrary to Section 23 and 124(1) of the Criminal and Other Offences Act 1960 (Act 29)

Particulars of Offence

Issaka Abdul Basit @ Bash, Galamsayer, aged 27, 2. Gifty Babil trader aged 29. For that you on the 2nd day of October 2024 at Odumase in the Ashanti Circuit and within the jurisdiction of this court, did agree and act together with a common purpose to commit crime namely stealing.
