The triable issues set down for trial per the application for directions taken after close of  pleadings are: 

i. Whether the defendant violated the plaintiff’s economic rights as guaranteed  by the 1992 Constitution? 

ii. Whether the defendant meted out unfair treatment to the plaintiff in violation  of the provisions of the 1992 Constitution on administrative justice? 

iii. Whether the defendant’s conduct was in breach of international legislations,  rules and conventions relating to employment of labour? 

iv. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to compensation from the defendant for the  defendant’s breach of the constitutional rights of the plaintiff? 

v. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the specific sums claimed by the plaintiff  and indorsed on the writ of summons? 

vi. Whether there are any differences in the plaintiff’s contributions and the  defendant’s contributions due SSNIT in respect of the plaintiff for which the  defendant ought to be ordered to pay.
