FREDRICK OZIAKPONO OHO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court sitting at Umuahia presided over by F. A. OLUBANJO, J in a ruling delivered on the 29th day of October, 2013 dismissing the Appellant'?s case for being statute barred by virtue of the Public Officers'? Protection Act. The Plaintiff took out this action on 5th November, 2012 claiming against the Defendants jointly and severally whereupon he at paragraph 49 as follows:
