HARUNA SIMON TSAMMANI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the Judgment of the Oyo State High Court of Justice, Coram. A. A. Gbolagunte, J delivered on the 08/12/2011 in Suit No: HOY/MISC/27/2009.
The Appellant as Applicant in the Court below, had initiated the suit subject of this appeal, by way of an Application for the Enforcement of Fundamental Rights pursuant to Order 1 Rules 2 and 3 of the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules, 1980.
