(Delivering the Lead Ruling): Pursuant to the provisions of Section 243(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) and Section 24(4) of the Court of Appeal Act 1976 (as amended) Order 7 Rule 10(1) and (2) of the Court of Appeal Rules of 2011 and the inherent power of this Court, the applicants by motion on notice dated 18/8/2014 and filed in this Court on 28/8/2014, sought for the following orders:-
