[1] This is an appeal from the Judgment of the Court of Appeal sitting in Nairobi, dated 11^th July, 2014 in Civil Appeal No. 93 of 2014, which upheld the decision of the High Court (Mumbi Ngugi, J) in Nairobi High Court Constitutional Petition No. 64 of 2014.
