AMINA ADAMU AUGIE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): All eight Appellants appealed to this Court against the decision of the Lagos State High Court that was delivered on 20/10/2010, however, the 1st and 2nd Appellants filed a separate Application praying this Court for the following -
(1) LEAVE to amend the original Notice and Grounds of Appeal dated 20/10/2010 by filing 8 Additional Grounds of Appeal;
(2) AN ORDER extending the time within which they may -
(a) Appeal against the judgment of the Lower Court on Additional Grounds contained in Amended Notice of Appeal, and
(b) Raise new/fresh issues of law or mixed law and fact not canvassed at the trial
(3) LEAVE to raise fresh point on issues not raised at the Lower Court, which relate to questions of law or mixed law and fact.
(4) AN ORDER deeming the Amended Notice of Appeal already filed and served as having been duly and properly filed and served
