RULING
[1] This is an application under Rule 4 of the Court of Appeal Rules seeking an extension of time within which to file an appeal by Kenya Muslim Charitable Society (applicant). A brief background information will suffice to place this ruling in perspective. On or about February, 2001, the applicant filed suit by way of a plaint in the High Court at Mombasa against Kenya Revenue Authority (respondent).
