The background information to the ruling is that the appellant Keziah Njambi Maingi t/a Arrivals Textiles shop filed an appeal No. 307/2013 against the Respondent Barclays Bank of Kenya Ltd arising from the ruling and orders of Kamau, J dated the 9^th September, 2013 in H.C.C.C. No. 773 of 2012. The appeal was heard on its own merit and allowed on the 14^th day of November, 2014.
