JUDGMENT

WOOD, J.

The Plaintiff sued out a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendant on  27th January 2016 for the reliefs of: 

a. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule  hereunder. 

b. Recovery of possession, 

c. Damages for trespass, 

d. An order for demolition of all structures put up be Defendant at Defendant’s own cost  of demolition or to reimburse Plaintiff for cost of demolition. 

e. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant his agents, servants, assigns, workmen,  grantees, privies or by whosoever claiming through him from entering onto any  portion of the land and from interfering in anyway whatsoever with Plaintiff’s land.. 

After the Defendant was served with the writ of summons and statement of claim on 9th September 2016, he entered appearance through his Counsel on 16th September 2016 but  never filed a defence.
