(Delivering the Lead Ruling): This Ruling is predicated on the application by the Appellant/Applicant which is by way of Motion on Notice brought pursuant to Orders 6 Rule 1, and 9 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2016 and under the inherent jurisdiction of the Court seeking for the following orders:

(a) An Order for extention of time within which the Defendant/Applicant can seek leave of Court to appeal against the Ruling of the lower Court delivered on the 30th day of September, 2014.

(b) An Order for leave to appeal against the Ruling of the lower Court delivered on the 30th day of September, 2014.

(c) Extention of time to appeal against the said Ruling of the lower Court delivered on the 30th day of September, 2014.

(d) An Order to regularise the existing Notice and Ground of Appeal in which the grounds of appeal relating to the Ruling delivered on 30th September 2014 has been included into the ground of appeal against the judgment delivered the same day …
