JUDGMENT
ASARE-BOTWE (MRS.), J.
This suit commenced with the issuance of a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the 18th of July, 2017 which was eventually amended with the endorsement of the following reliefs;
a. Order for the refund of plaintiff amount of GH¢42,000.00 being financial assistance granted defendants by plaintiff which they have failed to repay.
b. Interest on the said amount from 1st June 2012 to date of final payment.
PLAINTIFF’S CASE
The plaintiff says, per her statement of claim and the evidence led, that she is a business woman, that the defendants, a couple engaged in the fishing business approached the plaintiff in the year 2012 and requested that the plaintiff grant them financial assistance to invest in their fishing business and pay her after the fishing season that year. The plaintiff obliged their request and provided them over a period the sum of GH¢42,000.00 to the defendants which they promised to repay.
