(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Justice of Adamawa State, Yola Judicial Division (hereinafter "lower Court"), delivered by Hon. Justice Fatima Ahmed Tafida, on 22/12/22 in Suit No: ADSY/63/2020, which decided in favour of the Respondents granting all reliefs sought by them in their Statement of Claim, and rejecting the counterclaim of the Appellants.
