JUDGMENT AFTER TRIAL

1 Background

On 20 December 2019, the plaintiff commenced this suit by a writ of summons against the defendant for the following reliefs:

1 The payment of GH¢71,334.00 being the total expenses incurred by the Plaintiff on a contract, pothole patching and grading of high shoulders on Bamem - Sokode - Abutia road measuring 20km Lot 7 contract No. GHA/VR/RTM/RF/PP7/2016/20, awarded the Defendant but financed by the Plaintiff per a hand written agreement dated 17/10/2016 made between the Plaintiff and the Defendant
