Judgement

JUDGMENT 

By the amended writ of summons filed on 30/9/13, the plaintiffs’ claim  was for: 

a. A declaration that the plaintiffs are the leasehold owners of the piece or parcel of land containing an approximate area of 0.6 acre  and situate lying and being at North-West Teshie, Accra and bounded as follows: on the North by Lessor’s land measuring 70  feet more or less, on the South by a lane measuring 70 feet more  or less on the East by Lessor’s land measuring 30 feet more or less and on the West by lessor’s land measuring 40 feet more or less  which the defendant has unlawfully occupied. 

b. Recovery of possession 

c. Special damages for two building as follows: 

1. GH₵3,445.00 

2. GH₵5,640.00 

GH₵9,085.00 

d. Perpetual Injunction placed on the defendant, her agents  workmen and assigns and whatsoever derives authority from her  interfering with the land 

e. General damages for trespass

f. Cost

The plaintiffs sued in their capacity as the administrators of the estate of their late mother one…
