JUDGMENT 

Plaintiff is a Ghana born United States of America citizen and a director of a  Ghanaian Company Technology Solutions Limited. Defendant is a limited liability company engaged in the business of banking. In March 2010 Technology Solutions  took a loan of One Million Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000,000.00) from the Defendant after  an earlier loan of six Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢600,000,000.00) from UT Financial Services. As part of the process the directors of the company provided a joint  guarantee and the plaintiff further secured the loan with his house at Adjiringano.  According to the plaintiff as per his statement of claim he was due to leave the country  before the documentation was complete. The defendant therefore on 20th March, 2010  gave him three blank sheets to sign his signature on so that those signatures could be  scanned unto the loan application form and mortgage when the documents were ready.  He also says the defendant requested the consent of his wife in w…
