JUDGMENT
This suit was commenced by an Originating Motion on Notice under the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules, 2009 dated and filed the 28th day of July 2020. The Applicant is seeking for some declaratory reliefs and restraining orders against the Respondents, to wit:
a) A Declaration that the continuous acts of harassment, intimidation, extortion and coercion perpetrated by the Respondents in order to coerce the Applicant into becoming a member of the 1st Respondent is illegal, oppressive and unconstitutional as it violates the Applicant's fundamental rights as enshrined in sections 40 and 41 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
b) A Declaration that the continuous acts of restricting the free movements of the Applicant, its servant, contractor, employees and agents and hindering said persons from gaining access and entrance into the Applicant's premises at 7, Awolokun Street, Gbagada Phase 2, Lagos by the Respondent's is uā¦
