IBRAHIM MOHAMMED MUSA SAULAWA, J.S.C. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): It is trite that by the motion on notice, filed on 20/01/2025, the Appellants/Applicants have prayed the Court for the following six reliefs:

  1. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court extending the time within which the Applicants may seek leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division in appeal No. CA/A/880/2021 between MGSL MORTGAGE BANK LTD & ANOR. VS. PRINCE ENGR. ARTHUR EZE delivered on the 19th September, 2022 Coram Honourable Justice AMBI-USI DANJUMA JCA, Honourable Justice RIDWAN MAIWADA JCA and Honourable Justice SYBIL NWAKA GBAGI, JCA.
