This suit commenced by a writ of Summons, Statement of claim and a witness statement on oath all dated 17Th February 2014, and filed on the 19th February 2014 by .A.A. Sangei Esq of DOKA CHAMBERS for the Claimant.
Before commencement of hearing, the Claimant approached the Honourable Court for leave to change his Counsel. By order of Court made on 21st May 2015, following an application to that effect dated and filed on 18/03/2015, Ovskay U. Heavens was substituted for A.A. Sangei as Counsel for the Claimant.
Following a change of Counsel, the Claimant brought another motion on Notice dated and filed on 2nd day of June 2015 for leave to amend the Claimant’s statement of claim and his witness statement on oath. Consequently, the Honourable Court granted the motion as prayed on 10th June, 2015.
