ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE JUDGMENT): By a complaint dated and filed on the 11/01/2017 the claimant sought the following reliefs from this court:-
1. A declaration that the claimants employments with the defendant are still valid and subsisting having not been duty terminated by the defendant.
2. A declaration that the refusal of the defendant to recall the claimants back to their work is illegal, wrongful and contrary to the terms of the contract of employment entered between the claimants and the defendants dated 19th June, 2006, 18th December, 2006 and 12th June, 2009 respectively.
3. An order directing and compelling the defendant to re-instate the claimants back to work and be paid all the backlog of salaries, allowances and entitlements of the claimants from April 2010 till date and until the claimant employment with the defendant are duly terminated by the defendant
4. ₦5,000,000.00 (Five Million Naira only) as general damages for breach of contract.
