<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): </strong>This appeal is against the Judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting at Apo, Abuja, delivered on the 22nd day of June, 2020, coram: S.B.
