Judgement


The Claimant commenced this suit by the writ filed on 23rd of August 2019 in which he claimed the following:

a)   An Order that the defendant’s action was not in accordance with the Intersos Organization Management and control model and policies as per the suspension of the Claimant in line with the two letters of suspension.

b)   An Order directing the defendant to pay all outstanding Salary arrears of the Claimant at N266,837 for 7 months totaling N1,867,859:00.

c)    An Order directing the Defendant to allow the claimant to resume back to work since no findings was made against the claimant.

The writ was accompanied with a statement of claim, witness statement on Oath, list of documents to be relied on and the frontloaded documents themselves.

On the 20th September 2019, the Defendant filed a memorandum of appearance and statement of Defence denying the Claims of the Claimant. The statement of Defence was accompanied by a witness statement on Oath and a list of documents to be relied …
