ASUMAN-ADU, J.

This ruling is in respect of an application filed by the applicant for an order for the enforcement of the decision of the applicant against the respondent herein.

According to the applicant on the 8th day of October, 2007 one Armison Dzokoto (hereinafter called the petitioner) filed a complaint to the applicant against the respondent that having been appointed to work with the respondent on 13th July, 1998 he retired on 31st July, 2007. The respondent failed to pay him his pension as required by law. He, therefore, asked for:

full restoration of all his financial benefits as contained in his petition to the Vice-Chancellor dated August 27th, 2007 and

respondent to be restrained from ejecting him and his family from his official residence being No. 3B Link Gate till all the financial benefits have been duly paid and he be made to occupy same for three months from the date of payment.
