<p>RULING</p><p>On the 4^th June, 2009, the Plaintiff in Suit No. DL/102/09, Nestle Central and W. A. Ltd. issued out a Writ against the Defendant in that suit for the following reliefs:</p><p>a) An order for the recovery of possession of House No. 2 Cantonments Gardens, Cantonments, Accra.</p><p>b) An order for the payment of rent on House No. 2 Cantonments Gardens, Cantonments, Accra from 17^th March, 2009 to the date the Defendant vacates the house at a rent of USD3,000 per month or its Ghana cedi equivalent at the forex bureau rate of exchange at the date of payment.</p><p>c) An order for the return of Mitsubishi Pajero, No. GE 6965 Z</p><p>d) Damages for the unlawful use and wrongful detention of Mitsubishi Pajero, No. GE 6965 Z from 17^th March, 2009 to the date of the return of the vehicle.</p><p>On the 8^{th of} June, 2009, the Plaintiff in Suit No. INDL.31/09 also issued out Writ of Summons against the Defendant in that suit for the following reliefs:</p><p>1) A declaration that the decision by the Defendant to terminate the Plainti…</p>
