JUDGMENT
DZAMEFE, JA
The plaintiff/respondent’s claim at the trial High Court was for;-
1. An order declaring the over 11,000 acres encumbered by the 1st and 2nd defendants as constituting part of the 73,354 acres of land owned by the Numo Nmashie family.
2. An order declaring the 1st and 2nd defendants as trespassers on plaintiff’s family lands.
3. Recovery of possession.
4. Damages for trespass.
5. An order restraining the 1st and 2nd defendants from any further development on the land in dispute.
6. Any further or other including an order for perpetual injunction to restrain the defendants, their agents, workers, privies, assigns and persons claiming by, through and under the two defendants from further interference with the land.
In his statement of claim the plaintiff averred that he is the Mankralo of Teshie and Head of family of the Numo Nmashie Family of Teshie and brings this suit on his own behalf and on behalf of the Numo Nmashie Family of Teshie. Plaintiff said by virtue of the jud…
