JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendants jointly and severally on 5th March, 2010 for the following reliefs:
Declaration of title to all the land the subject matter of this suit and described in paragraph 9 of the statement of claim.
Declaration that the Defendants are trespassers and/or encroachers to the land.
Declaration that all documents, conveyances, etc issued by or to any of the Defendants or their agents in respect of any interest in the land is void.
Recovery of possession of the land.
Damages for trespass.
Order of demolishing in favour of Plaintiff against Defendants to demolish all the structures, buildings, fixtures, movables, etc on the land.
Order directed at Defendants to account to Plaintiff for all proceeds derived from the commercial use of Plaintiff’s land by Defendants or their agents, privies, assigns, etc.
Recovery of all proceeds derived by Defendants from the use of Plaintiff’s land.
