MOHAMMED MUSTAPHA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): This application was brought pursuant to Section 233 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, as amended, Order 4 Rules 9 and 10 of the Supreme Court Rules, 2024, Order 4 Rule 6 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2021 and the inherent jurisdiction of this Court.

It is for an order:

1. Granting leave to the appellants/applicant to appeal to the Supreme Court against the judgment of this Court delivered on the 6th of February, 2025 in appeal number, CA/E/72/2023 on grounds of mixed law and facts.

2. Granting leave to the appellants/applicants to appeal to the Supreme Court the concurrent findings of this Court and the trial Court in suit No E/141/2013 and appeal number CA/E/72/2023.

3. Granting leave to the appellants to raise and argue new issues that were not canvassed in-depth at the trial Court and in this Court.
