ABIMBOLA OSARUGUE OBASEKI-ADEJUMO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The Appellant/Applicant filed an Application before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

1. AN ORDER to amend the Notice of Appeal in the manner attached to the Affidavit accompanying the application.

2. AN ORDER to join FIRST BANK OF NIGERIA LIMITED

3. AN ORDER to join FBN HOLDINGS PLC

4. AN ORDER deeming the Records of Appeal and at the processes in this Appeal as properly filed.
