<p><strong> AIMEPOMO JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): </strong> This is an appeal from the decision of the Hon. Justice U. Nri-Ezedi of Awka High Court in the Awka Judicial Division of Anambra State of Nigeria delivered on 28 May 2004. In the decision, judgment was given against the appellant who was the plaintiff in the court below.
