<p>MOJEED ADEKUNLE OWOADE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Appeal against the Judgment of Hon. Justice Mahmud ABDULGAFAR in the Ilorin Judicial Division of the High Court of Kwara State delivered on 22nd December, 2014.</p><p>The Respondent as Claimant by a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 22/01/2013 claimed against the Appellants as Defendants jointly and severally in Paragraph 43 of the Statement of Claim as follows:-</p><p>1.
