TINUADE AKOMOLAFE-WILSON, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Federal Capital Territory, High Court Abuja delivered by Honourable Justice Maryann E. Anenih on the 23rd of February 2012 wherein the trial court dismissed the case of the Appellant (Plaintiff in the lower court) in its entirety.

The Appellant as Plaintiff in the lower court filed a writ of summons against the Defendants (Respondents) wherein he claimed against the defendants as follows:-

"1. A DECLARATION that the agreement governing the relationship between the Plaintiff and the defendants is the letter of commitment dated 4th February 2008 and therefore, the statement of employment letter dated 30th September, 2008 written by the 2nd Defendant does not govern the relationship of the parties, unless it conforms with, and gives effect to the original agreement stated in the letter of commitment aforesaid.
