RAPHAEL CHIKWE AGBO, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicants have not made out a case for extension of time to appeal against the judgment of the Imo State Customary Court of Appeal. The affidavit in support does not contain acceptable reasons why the applicants did not appeal within time nor does the proposed notice of appeal show that the appeal they seek to file is within the competence of this Court. This application is dismissed.
