(Delivering the Leading Judgment): By an Amended Information with proof of evidence, filed on 12th December, 2008 the Appellant together with four others, to wit; BARIDOSA ROBERT, APOSTLE GONEE, LENEE OKERE and GOODLUCK OKERE were arraigned before the High Court of Rivers State, Bori Judicial Division, M. O.
