FATIMA OMORO AKINBAMI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of Hon. Justice A.K. Fowe of Ekiti State High Court, Ado Ekiti Judicial Division, delivered on 30th day of March, 2017, convicting the appellant for the offences of conspiracy and armed robbery.
