On taking out the writ on 18/12/2000, the respondent filed an ex parte motion seeking the following reliefs: “1. An order granting leave to the plaintiff to issue and serve the Writ of Summons and all other processes in the matter on the 1st defendant in Lagos, outside the jurisdiction of the High Court of Ogun State.
