MOHAMMED AMBI-USI DANJUMA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): In this appeal, the Appellant was the 1st Defendant at the trial Court of Osun State High Court sitting at Ila Judicial Division and presided over by R. A. Siyanbola, J.

The 1st Respondent was the Plaintiff thereat in Suit No.HLR/4/2004. In the Judgment delivered on 16th April, 2010, the Appellant's nomination and selection as the Orangun of Ila by the 4th-6th Respondents and his appointment as the Orangun of Ila by the 2nd Respondent (Governor of Osun State) pursuant to the Osun State Chiefs Law and the Orangun of Ila Chieftaincy Declaration of 1979 was nullified and sundry injunctive orders made against the recognition of the said 1st Defendant Appellant by the Respondents.
