MUHAMMAD JSC (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is amotion on notice brought pursuant to section 6(6) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended); Order 2, rule 28(1 and 2) and Order 3, rule 15 of this court’s Rules, 2009 (as amended).
