ADZIRA GANA MSHELIA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court, holden at Jos delivered on the 12th day of February, 2015, in suit No. PHC/J/CS/102/2013, wherein the Court entered Judgment in favour of the 1st Respondent who was the plaintiff of the trial Court and dismissed the Appellants counter-claim. The 1st Appellant was the 1st defendant of the lower Court.
The brief facts of this case as narrated by plaintiff leading to this appeal are as fallows: The plaintiff now Respondent is a civil servant and resides at 5A, Flat 2 Mangu Rood, GRA Jos, Plateau State. Being an employee of the Federal Government, he became a tenant of the Federal Government on the property where he now resides. The Federal Government set up a committee under the presidency to implement the white paper on the commission of inquiry into the alienation of Federal Government landed properties.
