JUDGMENT

DORGU, J.

The Plaintiff filed the instant action against the Defendants claiming against them jointly and severally the following reliefs: 

1. A declaration that the Statements made by 1st Defendant against Plaintiff and published on the social media platform "kill Corruption Now" and administered by 2nd Defendant were defamatory. 

ii. General Damages in the sum of Two Million Ghana Cedis (GH¢2,000,000.00) for defamation. 

iii. An order of perpetual injunction restraining defendants, their agent, assigns, privies howsoever called from making and or publishing any defamatory statements of Plaintiff on any Platform whatsoever and

iv. Costs including Solicitor's fees and any other reliefs or orders that this Court  deems fit. 

In the accompanying Statement of Claim, the Plaintiff in paragraph 12 averred thus:-
