<p><strong> ONNOGHEN, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): </strong> This is an appeal brought by the appellants against the ruling of the Federal High Court, sitting at Ilorin, delivered by Hon. Justice A.A. JEGA in suit No. FHC/M/ 2/88 on the 2nd day of August 1996 in respect of an application by the respondent for leave to further amend the petition for winding up of the first appellant.</p><p>The facts of the case include the following. On the 22nd day of August 1988 the respondent filed a petition No. FHC/M/2/88 at the Federal High Court Ilorin for the winding up of the lst appellant which petition was later amended with the leave of court.
