J U D G M E N T
Plaintiff herein a business Executive and a Director of Manus Hospitality and Tours (Ghana) Limited commenced the instant action against the Defendant a financial institution seeking the following reliefs:
General and special damages for the wrongful seizure of Sangyong Korando vehicle registered as GN 277-13
It is Plaintiffs case that he applied for a loan of GH¢79,178.00 from Defendant and same granted on the 6th ofAugust 2013 for the purchase of two cars a Sangyong Korando and Hyundai Elentra.
That the loan with interest was to be amortized in 24 months and by the end of August 2015 upon monthly installment payments of GH¢5,193.0. That the loan has since then been fully repaid.
That the loan was approved and granted on the basis of a contract that Plaintiff Company had with Tech Mahindra Company to which the vehicles purchased with the loans were hired.
