JUDGMENT

[1] The Plaintiff commenced the instant action by filing a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against the Defendants on 9 January 2025. 

[2] The Plaintiff is seeking for the following reliefs against the Defendants:

i. A declaration of title to all that "area of 1.51 acres approximately more or less and bounded on the North West by Proposed Road measuring 50 feet and 160 feet respectively more or less on the North by Proposed Road Junction measuring 40 feet more or less on the South by Proposed Lane measuring 200 feet more or less and on the East by Proposed Road measuring 330 feet more or less and on the West by Proposed Road measuring 330 feet more or less.

ii. Recovery of possession.

iii. An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the four Defendants each of them and severally from going unto the land.

iv. Cost and legal fees.
